Nigerian singer, Kefee who died of lungs failure on june 13 after 15 days in coma at Desert Spring Hospital, Las Vegas is set to be buried on friday july 11th in her hometown, Okpara-Inland, Ethiope East LGA of Delta state.
A statement released by her publicist states that Kefee's husband, Teddy Don-Momoh, who has been making arrangements to bring her body back from the US will arrive the country first to receive her body before taking her down to Delta state for burial.
Teddy had earlier indicated that his wife's family had requested that she be buried in their hometown, with a celebratory service in sapele afterwards and he was comfortable with the arrangement.
News of her sickness first broke out on may 29 after the branama crooner and radio personality, kefee reportedly fainted while being on board the plane to Chicago.
Meanwhile the late Kefee's medical bills at the US hospital where she was receiving treatment before her death were allegedly paid by the current Delta State Governor, Emmanuel Uduaghan, according to theNETNG.
A condolence register has been opened for the singer at her restaurant, Branama Kitchen, Mende, Maryland, Lagos.
